Make a post in the forum after picking an open position. The title should be "JOB TITLE" Application. This is the template.

Make a poll so other members of the forum can choose if you should get the job (no multiple choice or vote cancelling).
Send the post.
Rules for the job
You can only apply for a job once a week.
You must understand "forumotion" completely
You must have worked for or own a forum.
If you have gotten the job and have abused it or not do it correctly, you will be fired ASAP.
